In order to make Veriphy visible in your account you will need to follow the following steps:

  1. You'll need to have a Veriphy account;

  2. Ask Advicefront to enable Veriphy in the Firm Process Settings section so your Firm can use it;

  3. Advicefront will set up with Veriphy your details;

  4. Enable yourself in Your Settings/Integrations so you can use it.

See the example below:

  • Client's name: Heather Russell

  • Click the cog to Verify Heather’s ID

  • Verification process can begin

  • Data from the Fact Find is shown on screen but is editable.

  • Name, Gender, DoB and Address are mandatory.

  • The request is done offline, you will find out via the notification process.

  • If you click the notification bell it will take you to the Documents area, where the completed report can be found. Also, Heather now has a green tick to show she has successfully passed the ID and AML check.

  • Heather can be reverified the same way at any time (and cost).
