Access the Fact Find from your dashboard. Click on the Go to section to begin completing the Fact Find.

Do you want to add Partner data? By selecting yes, you can add your partner’s data.

At the end of each section of the Fact Find, you can add comments to share with your adviser by clicking on Write Comment.

The Fact Find consists of various sections to be completed

Remember to click on Save Changes before moving on to the next section.

When you have completed the Fact Find, your adviser will receive a notification and may lock the Fact Find thereafter.

A message will appear that the Fact Find is locked.

Should you wish to make any changes to the Fact Find, simply message your adviser using the message icon in the top menu.
