Change Adviser
* Only available in accounts with manage people and settings permissions.
Access the client's account
Click the customer account and access the profile.
Click on Settings > Change Adviser.
Click on the setting gear, then change Adviser at the bottom of the page.
Choose the new Adviser
Click on the drop-down menu, select the new adviser and save changes.
